Paediatric Hydrotherapy
Warm water therapy for children and young people — using the unique properties of water to support movement, build strength and make rehabilitation fun.
What is Paediatric Hydrotherapy?
Paediatric hydrotherapy uses the therapeutic properties of warm water — buoyancy, resistance and hydrostatic pressure — to help children move more freely, build strength and improve their physical function. For many children, the water provides a unique environment where they can achieve movements that are difficult or impossible on land.
Our hydrotherapy sessions are led by specialist paediatric physiotherapists in our purpose-built, temperature-controlled pool. Every session is individually planned around your child’s goals, making therapy both effective and enjoyable.
