Common Questions
How We Work
I need my report urgently — can you help?
We can provide a rapid report service if required. Typically reports can take 2–4 weeks post assessment, however if you need a report urgently then we will do our best to facilitate this. On occasions we have been able to complete a two-week turnaround from instruction, but this would need to be agreed in advance.
Flexible Payment Terms
We understand that funds can be hard to obtain on occasions. We have been established for over 17 years and offer a number of flexible payment solutions tailored to the needs of the case. We offer deferred payments for established clients and are happy to assist with complex cases which span over a large time period before settlement.
